Document management

All data for the appropriate job. Creative people will no longer have to deal with chaos when filing and finding project-relevant documents such as briefings, minutes, cost plannings, cover letters or similar data.

If desired, spirit is able to automatically create predefined folder structures on your file server and to manage these in order to support the creative process. Not only spirit documents, but all appurtenant data will be assigned to the “right job” on the file server and be filed correspondingly.
