Spirit offers analyses that go beyond simple statistics: Using the “data mining tool” of spirit, you can not only inquire profitability and agency performance, but you can also create lists of job commissions for your employees or cashflow lists (including reserves for pending external services). You can create as many forms as you like in accordance with your requirements in a great variety of designs, you can embed graphics and logos and save everything for future use.
It is just as easy to handle as your text processing program.
Security
spirit is one of the few agency softwares that adheres to the legal regulations. Due to encapsulated data management your data are absolutely tamper-proof and thus audit-proof in comparison with FileMaker and SQL databases.
You can, of course, unlock your data nevertheless: via web services/XML/SOAP or ODBC.
And to exclude all risks, a backup system is integrated: backup of the transaction log file once a minute, daily backup of modified data or weekly complete backup… which would you prefer?

Spirit supports the following legal regulations:

Ranging from accounting and controlling and production to traffic all processes can be displayed in the process management and be recalled at any time without interrupting your actual work.

Widget to record work hours
On the dashboard a stopwatch in accordance with the service to be rendered is available for you.
It automatically displays the difference between the start time and stop time, which will then be recorded as work hours under the account of the user who is logged in.
iCal
Individual-related projects, jobs and activities can be subscribed to via iCal (or any other webDav calendar): In this way, you can immediately view your tasks in the calendar.

This tool is now available for you at any time in Spirit IV via the Navigator.
Your new project management tool immediately displays all dates and overlaps.
You can react at once and change your arrangements.
IMAP Sync
Similar to the file system which is able to automatically manage the folder structure of P/J/A, a sync account can be created on the mail server for the purpose of project-related e-mail management.
In doing so, you will create a “public account” and every user will be able to subscribe to the folders which are relevant for their projects.
